Project Manager Industrial Construction Relocation Assistance Available

• Develop and maintain project budgets manage costs and change orders and keep accurate accounting records.
• Create and manage work plan procedures estimating and scheduling.
• Collaborate with engineers contractors vendors and customers to communicate review comments and incorporate required conditions and specifications into the project plan.
• Develop document control plans for engineering inventory procurement and resource allocation.

• 7 years of experience in industrial construction projects.
• Experience working with manufacturing customers in various settings preferably construction sites for chemical and advanced material manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings specifications P&IDs flow diagrams and process data sheets and to identify discrepancies or conflicts within documents.
• Familiarity with construction drawings data sheets specifications and their approval process.
• Experience with building projects including civil concrete steel MEP and FP is a plus.
