Job Responsibilities
Responsible for managing of accounts and the reporting of financial information to an
organisation.
Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries
Examining expenses submitted by employees
Responsible for payment to vendors employees subcontractor etc. and payment
recovery from debtors.
Perform all the work a encompassed in an accountancy
Preparing report such as invoice Delivery Challan Eway bill debtors & creditor
statement Bank Stock Statement.
Monitoring Maintaining and record of daily expenses & pretty cash
Maintain the records of GSTTDS Professional taxes and others taxes
Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing
payments from accounts payable
Creating company financial reports with the above information included
Data collection & monitoring to determine the company s financial planning.
Data Monitoring to understand where the company is generating and losing revenue
Generating financial reports that display the company s profits cash inflow & outflow
Work in partnership with banks chartered accountant and other financial consultant.
Professional Knowledge and Skills
Good understanding of accounting practice.
Understanding of corporate financing contract law and commercial terms and
conditions.
Risk analysis techniques.
Questioning & quick learning skills
IT skills Microsoft Office & Tally MUST
