Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular health checkups and assessments for factory employees.
• Provide immediate medical attention and first aid in case of workplace injuries or emergencies.
• Develop implement and oversee occupational health and wellness programs.
• Manage medical inventory and supplies ensuring their availability and proper storage.

Required Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical certification and license to practice.
• Proven experience in emergency medical response and first aid.
• Understanding of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Ability to conduct clinical assessment and diagnosis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
