Overview
The Graphic Designer Executive plays a crucial role in creating visually appealing and impactful designs for our organization. They are responsible for conceptualizing and executing designs that effectively communicate the organizations message brand and products to the target audience. The position requires a high level of creativity attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining design quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral including logos product packaging social media graphics and website content
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop design concepts
- Select colors images text style and layout
- Present the design concepts to the team and incorporate feedback into the final design
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices
- Manage multiple projects with competing priorities
- Prepare highquality design files for print production and digital use
- Review and approve designs artwork and graphics developed by other team members
- Provide creative input and support for various marketing and branding projects
- Contribute to the overall success of the marketing team by bringing fresh ideas to the table
- Work with external vendors and contractors when necessary
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies in new media particularly design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc.)
- Solid understanding of design principles and typography
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to interact communicate and present ideas
- Uptodate with the latest graphic design software and technologies
- Experience working in a fastpaced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to receive constructive criticism and feedback
- Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of HTML and web design is a plus
- Understanding of marketing production and digital media best practices
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
