Job Description
Overview:
The role of the QA Tester (Manual) is crucial to ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. The QA Tester will be responsible for conducting manual testing to identify defects validate functionality and ensure that our products meet highquality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute test cases and analyze results
- Identify record and track defects
- Document test cases and results
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure product quality
- Participate in requirement analysis and review
- Perform regression testing
- Conduct usability and performance testing
- Provide feedback on usability and functionality
- Communicate with developers to resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role
- Understanding of software QA methodologies tools and processes
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Ability to write clear and concise test cases
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Detailoriented with a commitment to quality
- Experience in test planning and test case design
- Knowledge of defect tracking systems
