Senior ServiceNow ITSM Developer (ITOM ITAM SAM GRC)
Experience: 5 years
Location: Pune Bangalore Noida Chennai Gurgaon
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow ITSM Developer with 5 years of experience to design develop and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM) IT Asset Management (ITAM) Software Asset Management (SAM) and Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Development & Implementation: Design and customize ITSM solutions on ServiceNow including workflows service catalogs and custom applications.
- ITOM: Implement and manage ITOM modules (Discovery Service Mapping Event Management).
- ITAM & SAM: Oversee the lifecycle of IT assets ensuring compliance with software licensing.
- GRC: Implement GRC modules to support risk management and compliance.
- Integration & Automation: Develop integrations and automation solutions across IT systems.
- Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support conduct upgrades and optimize the ServiceNow platform.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 years in ServiceNow development with expertise in ITSM ITOM ITAM SAM and GRC.
- Skills: Proficient in ServiceNow scripting integration and ITIL practices.
- Certifications: ServiceNow CSA required; CAD and ITIL certifications preferred.
Key Competencies:
- Strong problemsolving communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
