Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Development & Implementation: Design and customize ITSM solutions on ServiceNow including workflows service catalogs and custom applications.
• ITOM: Implement and manage ITOM modules (Discovery Service Mapping Event Management).
• ITAM & SAM: Oversee the lifecycle of IT assets ensuring compliance with software licensing.
• GRC: Implement GRC modules to support risk management and compliance.
• Integration & Automation: Develop integrations and automation solutions across IT systems.
• Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support conduct upgrades and optimize the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5 years in ServiceNow development with expertise in ITSM ITOM ITAM SAM and GRC.
• Skills: Proficient in ServiceNow scripting integration and ITIL practices.
• Certifications: ServiceNow CSA required; CAD and ITIL certifications preferred.

• Strong problemsolving communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
