We are looking for an HR Recruiter with a strong operational focus to join our team. This role combines recruitment responsibilities with operational tasks requiring excellent organizational and Excel skills.
Responsibilities:
Fullcycle recruitment as described above
Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records
Prepare reports and analyze HR data
Provide administrative support to the HR team
Assist with HR projects as needed
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
35 years of experience in corporate recruitment and HR operations
Strong proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills
MBA in HR is a plus
