Mental Health Therapist

As a Mental Health Therapist at our client you will provide evidencebased treatment and mental health services primarily through telehealth. You will conduct intakes therapy sessions assessments and maintain accurate documentation. This role offers a fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling and generous benefits. Mental Health Therapist must be licensed in the state of Washington.
Key Responsibilities:
- Render evidencebased treatment to a spectrum of patients.
- Provide a range of mental health services to promote individualized patient recovery primarily through telehealth via video or telephone.
- Conduct intakes individual group and family therapy as applicable.
- Provide mental health assessments counseling referrals and intervention services.
- Complete and maintain documentation in a timely and accurate manner according to Federal State and company guidelines.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Masters degree or higher
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Access to a computer webcam reliable internet connection and a private quiet space for sessions
- Active LICSW LMFT or LMHC in the state of Washington
- Seeking fulltime hours
Preferred:
- 1 years of experience in any of the following:
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- Evidencebased Practice
- Outpatient Experience
- Telehealth Experience
- Additional certifications or fluency in additional languages is a plus
Schedule and Shift Details:
- Fully remote with flexible scheduling.
- The therapist can make their own schedule between 7 AM 9 PM EST 7 days a week.
- Must work until 8 PM on 2 days per week OR complete 4 fourhour shifts on weekends.
- No oncall requirements.
