Support assistance requests on
Family Apps & Advertising Services.
Customer contacts with challenging
questions/requests by Email and Chat
Convert majority of email/chat cases into outbound calls:
To offer white glove support regarding our services
Having to work with multiple tools
and Multitask
Qualifications
C2 level of Italian
B2 level of English
Good communication and soft skills
