Job Description
Duration: 6 Months
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and play a pivotal role in securing our M365 and Azure environments. They will leverage their deep understanding of cloud security principles and Microsoft technologies to design implement and maintain robust security solutions.
Job Qualifications:
3 years of experience in cloud security architecture and design.
Proven experience working with Microsoft Azure and M365 security services including Azure Active Directory Azure Security Center Microsoft Defender for Cloud and M365 security features.
Strong understanding of security best practices including identity and access management (IAM) data encryption threat modeling and security compliance.
Experience implementing security controls and automation using tools like Azure Automation PowerShell or other scripting languages.
Excellent communication collaboration and problemsolving skills.
Ability to translate complex security concepts into clear and concise documentation.
Required Skills:
Handson experience with Azure security services like Azure Active Directory.
Indepth knowledge of M365 security features including Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Cloud App Security and Conditional Access.
Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) solutions.
Understanding of security compliance frameworks (e.g. SOC 2 HIPAA).
Familiarity with security threat modeling methodologies (e.g. STRIDE).
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
In this role the candidate will:
Design and implement secure architectures for M365 and Azure environments.
Configure and manage Azure security services.
Implement and maintain M365 security features.
Conduct security assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities.
Develop and document security policies and procedures.
Stay uptodate on the latest security threats and best practices.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure a holistic approach to security.
