Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our thriving real estate team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the real estate market exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in sales. This role involves overseeing the sales team developing strategic sales plans and driving growth in our real estate business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive growth and market share.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends competitive landscape and customer needs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Training and Development: Provide coaching training and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing finance and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales with a significant portion in the real estate industry.
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Real Estate or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the real estate market and sales processes.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
