This role involves overseeing the sales team developing strategic sales plans and driving growth in our real estate business.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive growth and market share.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends competitive landscape and customer needs.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Training and Development: Provide coaching training and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing finance and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales with a significant portion in the real estate industry.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Real Estate or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus.
