Job Description
Technical Support:
Provide system administration for Mobius and Dazel products
Provide technical support and assistance to users experiencing issues with Mobius software.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems including software malfunctions user errors and integration issues.
System Monitoring and Maintenance:
Implement production jobs into batch schedule
Monitor the performance and availability of Mobius systems.
Conduct routine maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
Implement security measures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of Mobius data.
User Assistance and Training:
Assist users with navigation and functionality of Mobius applications.
Develop and conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency with Mobius tools.
Create and maintain user guides FAQs and other support documentation.
Incident and Problem Management:
Track document and manage support incidents using a ticketing system.
Analyze incident patterns to identify and address recurring issues.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement permanent solutions.
System Integration and Configuration:
Perform upgrade validations
Assist with the integration of Mobius software with other enterprise systems.
Configure Mobius applications to meet specific business needs and requirements.
Perform testing and validation of system changes and enhancements.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest Mobius software releases features and best practices.
Participate in professional development activities to enhance technical skills.
Propose and implement improvements to support processes and systems.
