- Experience with Ticketing Tools: It is essential for the candidate to have experience with any ticketing tool. Experience with Jira is particularly important and should be highlighted on the resume.
- Monitoring Background Jobs: The candidate should be able to monitor all background job emails running in production ensuring everything is functioning correctly. Any issues must be promptly flagged to the respective team such as the client or customer support. Jenkins as Mandatory should be highlighted on the resume.
- Client Experience: Information on any clients the candidate has worked with end client or Customer.
- AWS: work experience on AWS skill is mandatory like EC2 & Cloud watch skills.
