Director 1 Healthcare Technology Management

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of healthcare technology strategies and initiatives.
• Oversee the selection deployment and maintenance of healthcare technology systems and equipment.
• Manage a team of healthcare technology professionals providing leadership guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare technology regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize healthcare technology integration and interoperability.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts in healthcare technology processes and workflows.
• Monitor and optimize healthcare technology budgets and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with healthcare technology vendors and service providers.
• Participate in strategic planning and decisionmaking related to healthcare technology investments and expansions.
• Conduct regular assessments of healthcare technology needs and performance identifying areas for enhancement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Healthcare Management Information Technology Engineering or related field.
• Masters degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare technology management or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing healthcare technology projects and teams.
• Indepth knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to healthcare technology.
• Strong understanding of healthcare information systems medical devices and clinical technology.
• Proven ability to develop and implement healthcare technology strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze complex healthcare technology issues and develop effective solutions.
• Certification in Healthcare Technology Management or related areas is a plus.
• Demonstrated track record of driving innovation and process improvement in healthcare technology.
• Proficiency in project management and change management methodologies.
• High level of strategic thinking and problemsolving aptitude.
• Strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care through effective healthcare technology management.
