Job Description
About the Client: Our client a dynamic litigation firm is seeking motivated Associate Attorneys with 04 years of experience to join their team. Job Description:
Skills:
- Civil Litigation
- Trial Advocacy
- Legal Analysis
- 1 year of experience in tort litigation
- Active NV bar license (mandatory)
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the NV bar association
- At least 1 year of experience in tort litigation
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal setting is preferred but not required
Duties:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
- Draft legal documents including pleadings motions and contracts
- Assist in preparing for trials hearings and depositions
- Review and analyze documents for discovery purposes
- Communicate with clients opposing counsel and court personnel
- Attend court proceedings and assist with trial preparation
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervising attorneys
Experience:
- Recent graduates who passed the July Nevada Bar as well as recent February 2024 examinees are encouraged to apply.
