Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to oversee product lifecycle management pricing and business development. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in product management business development and presales coupled with excellent communication and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Lifecycle Management:
- Develop and maintain product backlogs
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to guide product decisions
- Manage the product roadmap and prioritize features
- Formulate and implement product pricing strategies
- Calculate ROI and oversee product P&L
- Collaborate with marketing and legal teams for successful product launches
- Advocate for products to potential customers
- Prepare proposals and ensure PQ/TQ compliance
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Coordinate with domestic and global sales teams to integrate products into their business strategies
- Ensure product alignment with the business objectives of sales teams
Skills Required:
- 8 years of experience in product management
- 5 years of experience in business development and presales
- 5 years of experience in Smart Cities Safe Cities products like Surveillance Digital Governance Enforcement Command and Control Centers
- 3 years of experience with products in Enterprise segments like Industry 4.0/IoT/Surveillance Digital Transformation
- Familiarity with the latest technology trends like Generative AI Digital Twin and ESG to enhance product features for market relevance in India and globally
- Exceptional communication project management and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
