Role Overview:
As a Senior Project Manager you will lead the delivery of largescale architectural projects from inception to completion. Collaborating closely with Project Architects and multiple stakeholders you will ensure that all projects are executed flawlessly adhering to the highest standards of quality compliance and client satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead visionary planning and design processes facilitating crossdisciplinary collaboration to achieve strategic project goals.
- Nurture empowering relationships with clients serving as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop strategic schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet or exceed project milestones.
- Oversee budget management to ensure financial efficiency and maximize value for clients.
- Champion quality and compliance maintaining the firms reputation for excellence and integrity.
- Provide inspirational leadership to project teams promoting a culture of mentorship and continuous professional development.
- Proactively manage risks safeguarding project and firm interests.
What Youll Need:
- Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of successfully managing complex architectural projects.
- The ability to multitask and adapt within a dynamic project environment.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other project management software.
- A Bachelor s degree in architecture or equivalent professional experience.
- Over 10 years of experience in architectural project management with licensure preferred.
