Expectations:
- Onboard 3PL partners and monitor their performance as per the service level agreements (SLAs)
- Ensure a high level of customer experience by promptly escalating fulfilment related issues to 3PL partners and tracking them to closure
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the fulfilment and returns operations
- Develop and manage the fulfilment budget ensuring costeffective operations without compromising quality and service levels
- Collaborate with marketing customer service and product teams to ensure alignment and coordination of fulfilment activities
- Utilize data and analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiat
Ideal Candidate:
- 24 years of experience in a similar role within a D2C ecommerce company
- Hunger for learning and growth and therefore wants to join an earlystage startup
- Strong problemsolving skills with a dataoriented and analytical approach
- Strong program and project management skills
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate with crossfunctional teams prioritize highimpact activities and manage complex projects
- Openness to work from the Jaipur office 6 days a week
