The National Sales Manager (NSM) is responsible for driving Business Development activities for the IT business (Physical Infrastructure/Structured Cabling) across India. This includes creating gotomarket (GTM) strategies building and managing a highperforming team identifying new Data Center/Enterprise opportunities partnering with new channel partners driving business development improving internal processes (both manual and automated) across all functions and managing the P&L for the overall business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create GTM plans for the current portfolio and identify new OEMs for product launches.
- Identify and recruit suitable candidates for Business Development Manager (BDM) positions to ensure channel and endcustomer coverage (DC/Enterprise).
- Provide leadership and motivation to the team to enhance performance.
- Organize channel engagement activities.
- Introduce process automation in Sales Finance Logistics and HR functions.
- Independently drive sales and manage the P&L.
