Job Description

Overview:

The Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving the organization s sales efforts contributing to revenue growth and maintaining client relationships. They are responsible for generating leads developing sales strategies and closing deals to meet sales targets. This position requires a strong blend of interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and initiate contact
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies
  • Report on sales activities and progress towards targets
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
  • Approach colleges to connect with deans HODs and TPOs.
  • Organize Sessions events and webinars.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Knowledge of market research sales and negotiating principles
