Overview:
The Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving the organization s sales efforts contributing to revenue growth and maintaining client relationships. They are responsible for generating leads developing sales strategies and closing deals to meet sales targets. This position requires a strong blend of interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and initiate contact
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations
- Negotiate and close sales agreements
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies
- Report on sales activities and progress towards targets
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
- Approach colleges to connect with deans HODs and TPOs.
- Organize Sessions events and webinars.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Knowledge of market research sales and negotiating principles
