Key responsibilities:
The purpose of this role is to play a pivotal role within the team in designing configuring and implementing supply chain technology solutions for new customers and existing customer solutions/enhancement/maintenance/upgrades. The ideal candidate will relish big technical challenges in a fastpaced environment and can hit the ground running .
We are looking for:
- Senior Software Engineer with strong skills in .NET/C#/.Net Core and the related ecosystem.
- Translate functional stories and use cases into technical code
- Design build and maintain efficient reusable and reliable code
- Ensure the best possible performance quality and responsiveness of applications
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
- Help maintain code quality organization and automatization
- Solid experience as a senior engineer who has deployed solutions successfully with highquality
- Experience of Agile development/deployment principles.
- Any experience in the modernization of legacy systems and customer migrations would be desired.
Technical Skills:
We are seeking an experienced .NET engineer who would be responsible for building .NET applications in C#. Your primary responsibility will be the design and development of eCommerce and logistics applications. A commitment to collaborative problemsolving sophisticated design and quality products is essential.
Essential:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the latest version of .Net/C#/.Net core
- Strong knowledge of the .NET web framework
- Strong understanding of objectoriented programming and various design and architectural patterns
- Skilled at writing clean readable and easily maintainable code
- Demonstrable experience using Azure Cloud technologies
- Demonstrable experience in using Apache Kafka
- Demonstrable experience of using Gitbased code versioning tools such as GitHub
- Demonstrable experience of CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions
- Demonstrable experience with NoSQL databases such as Azure Cosmos DB
- Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application
Desirable:
- Familiarity with API gateway solutions such as API Gee
- Familiarity with cloud firewall solutions such as Akamai
- Familiarity with Kubernetes
- Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
- Skilled in writing reusable libraries
- Knowledge of concurrency patterns
- Proficient in C# with a good knowledge of eCommerce and logistics ecosystems
