Job Description
Education:
Bachelors degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or a related field
Certificate in UI/UX design or a related field
Skills:
Proficiency in design tools like Figma Sketch Adobe XD Photoshop or illustrator
Knowledge of design principles humancentered design and design systems
Familiarity with accessibility and usability guidelines
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Experience:
12 years of experience in UI/UX design
Portfolio showcasing design work and process
Soft Skills:
Strong problemsolving skills
Ability to work in a team and take feedback
Adaptability and willingness to learn
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with design systems and accessibility
Knowledge of user testing and research methods
Familiarity with Agile design processes
Certification in UI/UX design or a related field
Portfolio Requirements:
A portfolio that showcases:
Design process and thinking
Usercentered design approach
Visual design skills
Interaction design skills
Ability to design for various platforms (web mobile etc.
