Job Description
- Deliver online training sessions and workshops to assist customers in adopting Opkey products for their ERP test automation projects
- Preferably have functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion EBS SAP Sales Force MSD or any other ERP
- Engage with learners to help them comprehend product features usage and domain knowledge
- Collaborate with the product team to stay updated on new features and modify content as necessary
- Take charge of training logistics reports and assessing effectiveness
- Conduct classroom lectures and follow up to gauge session applicability
- Coordinate with Project Managers and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
- Contribute to the creation of online course content
- Potential for onsite product training opportunities in the future
- Position involves working in the EST time zone
- Remote working flexibility available
- At least 3 years of experience delivering technical training sessions for a global audience on ERP preferably Oracle EBS/Fusion
- Preferably possess functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion EBS SAP Sales Force MSD or any other ERP
- Effective communication of complex technical topics in an understandable manner
- Proven experience in developing interactive and engaging training content
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design techniques
- Solid understanding of learning theories and the ability to exercise judgment in selecting methods and techniques
- Experience in test automation or manual testing is a plus
