Job Description

Masai School a SeriesB funded Job Tech startup is on a mission to pioneer a new model of accessible higher education with no upfront costs and where the school invests in the students instead of the other way around. We are rethinking learning so that we can address the needs of both students and employers in tandem. Masai school offers intensive & immersive courses that impart technical skills and soft skills they need to launch a new tech career. We offer both fulltime and parttime courses to our students.This role is on a contract for 6 months conversion to full time basis performance.5 days working Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm Work from office HSR Layout Bangalore CTC 3.84 LPA Insurance coverage.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective companies who have shown interest in hiring our students. The primary objective is to engage with them understand their requirements and provide information about the benefits of hiring from Masai.
  • Qualify Prospects: Assess the suitability and eligibility of potential companies based on predefined criteria. Gather relevant information to determine their requirements.
  • Schedule Appointments: Coordinate with interested leads to schedule appointments for them. Ensure timely followups to enhance lead conversion rates.
  • Maintain Database: Record all interactions and relevant data with prospects accurately in our system. Regularly update the status of each lead ensuring the information is uptodate and readily available for analysis.
  • Achieve Targets: Work towards achieving individual and teambased lead generation targets. Proactively participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to improve lead conversion rates.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Build rapport with potential companies by addressing their queries concerns and providing them with the necessary information about our programs and services.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role preferably in lead generation or customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Goaloriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Highly motivated proactive and a team player.
