Job Responsibilities:
- Participate and contribute for software architectural development.
- Responsible for overall project hardware development with coverage of the entire development chain.
- Responsible for answering/participating customer RFI/RFQ able to provide inputs/effort estimation with detailed task planning customer queries related to hardware question.
- Able to resolve plant issues for hardware related problems as and when required.
- Component selection BOM and Cost Optimization.
- Process compliance for the hardware team.
- Compliance in ISO 26262 functional safety hardware engineering.
- Support Innovation and Continues Improvement of ECU portfolio.
- Work support with other project development teams (Software/Systems/etc.).
- Review ECU manufacturing processes and functional test plan etc.
- Experience of designing production intent automotive ECU.
- Have an experience creating WCA (Mathcad) and working with PSPICE
- Have an embedded H/W design experience for automotive applications
- SME for DC Motor/Hall sensor/ PWM/Relay based hardware circuit design.
- Familiarity with industry standard environmental and electrical design and test standards.
- Have an experience in EMI/EMC design practices.
- Have Design experience with Infineon Freescale and Renesas microcontroller.
- Have an experience in handling power supply design.
- knowledge of the ISO 26262 Functional Safety standard Part 5.
- Knowledge and understanding of Design FMEAs Design FTAs FMEDA Reliability Calculations and Analysis of Dependent Failures.
- Have an experience in creating HardwareSoftware interface document/Hardware unit test/Validation Plans EMC test plans etc.
- Good expertise/skills in circuit analysis hardware debugging in resolving issues..
- Expert in using tools like Oscilloscope Function generator Programmable PSU Multimeter etc.
- Experience of working in APSICE process capability maturity model
- Added advantage for exposure in BCM domain in automotive
software,embedded,hardware architecture
