Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Location : Remote (Asia and Middle East)
Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Inside Sales Executive with extensive experience in the procurement and sales of Used Serviceable Materials (USM) pertaining to civil aerospace airframe and engine components. The successful candidate will possess a robust track record of selling to both airlines and Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facilities within the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions. Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management:
- Effectively manage a defined portfolio of airline customers serving as the primary contact point for all inquiries related to USM.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of each clients operational frameworks procurement strategies and supply chain requirements to tailor our offerings accordingly.
- Relationship Building:
- Establish and nurture enduring relationships with purchasing teams and key stakeholders at targeted airlines and MROs.
- Engage in regular communications to ensure a deep understanding of customer needs and to reinforce loyalty leveraging relationship management strategies that promote longterm partnerships.
- Needs Assessment and Solution Customization:
- Conduct detailed needs assessments to gain insights into customer operational challenges and requirements employing consultative selling techniques to propose customized solutions using our USM airframe and engine part offerings.
- Utilize your technical knowledge to present options that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs for airline clients.
- Collaborative CrossFunctional Engagement:
- Collaborate closely with internal departments including engineering logistics and customer support to ensure seamless product delivery and client satisfaction.
- Participate in crossfunctional meetings to align on project timelines product availability and innovative strategies that could enhance our service offerings.
- Contract Negotiation and Management:
- Work in conjunction with the Sales Manager to negotiate contracts and service level agreements ensuring that terms are favorable to both the organization and customers while complying with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Draft and review detailed contracts focusing on pricing structures delivery timelines and warranty conditions pertinent to USM sales.
- Market Analysis and Demand Forecasting:
- Continuously analyze market conditions competitor strategies and technological advancements within the aviation sector to identify emerging opportunities for growth.
- Implement datadriven approaches to developing sales forecasts and business strategies ensuring that the company remains proactive in a competitive landscape.
- Sales Presentations and Proposal Delivery:
- Design and deliver persuasive sales presentations that highlight the technical specifications and operational advantages of our USM products aligned with customer needs and expectations.
- Tailor proposal documentation to reflect the competitive edge of our offerings utilizing quantifiable data to support claims of product efficacy and reliability.
- Data Management and Reporting Accuracy:
- Utilize CRM software such as insert CRM software if applicable to meticulously track customer interactions sales activity and business forecasts.
- Ensure all data entries are precise and facilitate the generation of regular reports that inform strategic decisionmaking processes.
- Continuous Professional Development:
- Stay abreast of advancements in the aviation sector specifically in USM developments market trends and leasing solutions.
- Engage in ongoing training opportunities to enhance industry knowledge and sales acumen positioning oneself as a critical resource for clients and internal stakeholders alike.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Aviation Management Aerospace Engineering or a related discipline with technical components related to aviation.
- Professional Experience:
- A minimum of 7 years experience in sales or account management specifically tailored to the aviation industry focused on airframe and engine components.
- Substantial experience interacting with airline purchasing teams and MROs within the Asia Pacific or Middle Eastern markets is essential.

- Comprehensive knowledge of aviation industry standards market dynamics leasing solutions and supply chain processes tailored towards MRO and airline operations.
