Job Description

Are you an enthusiastic individual with a passion to interact with business owners and showing way to them to run their D2C profitably We are inviting you to join us our Business Development (FoS) Team! In this role you will own your area and drive seller to run their D2C on our platform successfully from scratch to a brand. If you are keen on achieving steep growth and tackling diverse challenges this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What will you do
You will be responsible for meeting seller and helping them create their online store and run D2C successfully.
How your typical day will look like
Meeting with sellers briefing them about ShopDeck services onboarding them on our platform.

Founded by IITB 14 Alumnus backed by Chiratae Ventures Elevation Capital Venture Highway in SeriesB funding ShopDeck is growing fast and solving problems in the Indian D2C market by helping ecommerce sellers easily create and scale their online stores and sell D2C (Direct to consumer) profitably.
We envision that apart from selling on Marketplaces (AZ/FK etc.) there is a huge potential for existing online sellers to generate sizable revenues from their own website/app but are unable to do so due to lack of expertise in website building digital marketing and fulfilment logistics. ShopDeck s Software and services model helps fulfil this exact gap.
Requirements:
Hunger for learning and growth. If you have this youve already met our primary requirement!
Create and execute business plans that result in hitting sales goals.
Using various tool to manage the entire sales lifecycle.
Create meaningful business relationships with prospects clients and your colleagues.
Use the various training to continuously grow your personal knowledge of our product sales and process.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the assigned vertical industry.
Meet assigned sales Quota
Conduct assigned number of product presentations to the client.
Conduct assigned number of sales. onboarding proposals delivered
Ideal Candidate Profile look like
Any Graduate / post graduate preferred business acumen.
1 years filed sales or direct client meeting experience preferably in digital media internet marketing software product software services and/or technology sales
Experience selling solutions via direct meeting.
Track record of exceeding sales goals and quotas.
Have extensive knowledge of local market.
