Requirements
- Communicate with Inbound Leads: Engage with potential clients from India and abroad providing comprehensive information about our services and packages.
- Contact Existing and Potential Clients: Initiate contact with leads to discuss their requirements and how our services can meet their needs.
- Answer Queries: Address client questions and concerns regarding our products and services.
- Understand Customer Requirements: Use probing techniques to fully understand client needs and close deals effectively.
- Maintain Customer Database: Keep the customer database updated and accurately maintained.
- FollowUp Leads: Take responsibility for lead followup and ensure better conversion rates.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of all sales calls and useful information for future reference.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- TechSavvy: Proficient with CRM systems IVR and WhatsApp API systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Availability: Must be available during office hours.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
