Accountabilities:
Development of Competitive HR Strategies: Formulate competitive strategies for recruitment employee relations development performance management and HR process excellence.
Alignment with Business Objectives: Collaborate with Unit/Function Heads to align HR strategy and value proposition with business objectives.
Ensuring Compliance: Drive human resource compliance and ensure standardization and consistency of HR practices and policies.
Responsibilities:
HR Strategies and Initiatives:
- Translate organizational business plans into HR plans.
- Participate in organizational planning and evaluate its impact on people.
- Advise on the impact of longrange planning on attraction motivation development and retention of employees.
Reports to:
Functionally: Chief Executive Officer
Direct: HR Managers
Indirect: Resources of the organization.
Global HR Policies and Procedures:
- Maintain updated HR policies in accordance with Group values and statutory regulations.
- Advise Management Team on HR trends.
Recruitment & Retention:
- Lead global Manpower Planning and recommend suitable employment options.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes.
- Support employee career development and engagement.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Design implement and update rewards and recognition practices.
- Ensure the pay structure reflects market values.
- Administer annual review process and recommend budgets.
Performance Management & Appraisals:
- Lead development of global Performance Management processes.
- Support implementation and ensure employee participation.
- Report outcomes and develop action plans.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and implement development activities.
- Monitor employee participation rates.
Employee Relations:
- Provide guidance on discipline and grievance management.
- Facilitate staff consultation and communication processes.
Health & Safety:
- Maintain high health and safety standards.
- Advise on potential improvements.
Industrial Relations:
- Manage Industrial Relations program.
- Advise on labor relations policies and practices.
- Represent management in negotiations.
HR Information Systems:
- Ensure accuracy of HR data.
- Provide HR reports to Management Team.
Development of HR Function:
- Lead global people agenda development.
- Design implement and evaluate HR programs.

Essential Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Masters in Human Resources/Sociology/Psychology Diploma in Industrial Relations. Certified in SHRM/IHRM Labor laws.
- Experience: 1015 years international/global exposure to HR Strategies Organizational Planning Compensation and Labor Relations.
