Job Description

Call Schedule: Nights and Weekend

Procedures per day: 1015

Physician in Practice: 1

Support Staff: 3 IR MD 2 APPs

Procedures:

Venous Access/Biopsies TIPS Trauma

DVT/PE Work

Arterial US Studies

Beds in the Dept: 2 Angio Suites

US & CT Room on site

Other Info: No Neuro IR

EMR: Cerner

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active AZ License or IMLC

BC/BE

ACLS

DEA

Clean Background

IR Fellowship
