Job Description
We are hiring a Director of Nursing DON for our Nursing Home in Galway . This job is for someone who wants to join a busy and wellestablished nursing home group. The Director of Nursing will play a key role in leading our nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of highquality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the highest standards of resident care are maintained.
- Managing and leading a team of healthcare professionals.
- Overseeing the smooth operation of the nursing home.
- Working collaboratively with other staff members to maintain an environment of respect and support for our residents.
Requirements
- Live NMBI Pin
- A proven track record as an ADON/DON or in a similar leadership role within the healthcare sector
- Strong management and communication skills.
- A compassionate approach to elder care.
- Ability to step into a leadership role effectively for a temporary period.
- Nurse Management: 5 years
