Role: User or Account Administrator
Location: Hyderabad Bangalore Pune
Hybrid Mode Position
Exp: 4 Years
Requirements
- Provision and manage access to critical shared areas in strict adherence to IT security policies and procedures.
- Oversee the user lifecycle process including provisioning new employees decommissioning departing users and updating/managing Active Directory (AD) groups.
- Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows operating systems Office systems networks databases and space/disk management.
- Ensure proper management of storage media.
Mandatory Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).
- Strong problemsolving skills with multiple approaches to identifying and resolving issues.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Handson experience with Microsoft PowerShell (advantageous).
- Aptitude for logical problemsolving and ability to take ownership of errors.
- Selfstarter who can deliver highquality work and adapt to challenges both independently and in a team setting.
Good to Have Skills:
- Understanding of Microsoft Azure AD and MultiFactor Authentication (MFA) (advantageous).
- Experience with managing Skype and Exchange creation/deletion processes (advantageous).
