ELECT is seeking a senior level Project Manager (PM) to lead the implementation of its SVRS a new statewide voter registration and election management system

The Project Manager will perform all tasks and duties related to the daytoday project management function in accordance with the PMI Program Management Standard and in alignment with existing ELECT processes to ensure the successful implementation of the SVRS. This is a high risk project.

It is anticipated that the Project Manager will work a hybrid (remote and onsite) schedule.

The length of engagement is anticipated to be 18 24 months.

Required: 10 Years

Completion of a Category 1 or 2 Commonwealth project of $5M or more or completion of a nonCOV project with a value grater than $10M as PM of record

Experience with Commonwealth Project Management (CPM) methodologies in largescale projects (greater than $10 million and medium to high complexity)

Active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification

Documented risk management experience

Bachelors Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.

Review of PM qualification consistent with the VITA PMQR and CIO overview

Familiarization with the Commonwealth s Technology Portfolio (CTP) tool Plan view Enterprise One

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.

Selfstarter with the ability to work with minimal direct supervision.

Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
