We are recruiting for a Midlands area Franchise Business Development Manager for one of the UK s largest Grounds Maintenance Service providers who work across a variety of sectors that include Retail Facilities Management Local Authority Corporate Commercial Facilities Hotel and Leisure Education Infrastructure Highways Social Housing Sports Healthcare Emergency Services Ministry of Defence and Utilities. They operate from 40 locations within the UK employ 600 team members and deliver a grounds maintenance service to more than 10 000 sites a year.
On offer is a salary of between 50000 and 54000 a year a bonus scheme company car laptop mobile phone 23 days holiday plus an extra day off for your birthday.
Please note there is an 80% minimum requirement of travel to visit franchisees per week in an area that covers from South Birmingham to Crewe across to Nottingham and then to Norfolk.
As the Franchise Business Development Manager you will be joining an experienced Business Development team which means a detailed initial handover when you start as well as ongoing guidance to ensure you are fully supported as you learn your new role.
To be considered you will need to have grounds maintenance and/or landscape services experience be both contract and commercially aware with strong business development skills and an understanding of operational management. All of which means this opportunity would suit sales professionals operations managers contracts managers business owners and those working in a similar role developing franchisees within the grounds maintenance sector.
