Responsibilities:
As a Senior Sales Development Representative you will play a pivotal role in identifying qualifying and nurturing leads for our sales team. You will be responsible for:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Develop and execute effective prospecting strategies to identify potential customers and generate qualified leads.
- Cold Calling and Outreach: Conduct targeted cold calls and outreach campaigns to engage with prospects and build rapport.
- Sales Qualification: Assess lead quality and determine their fit for our products and services.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads through the sales process.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to provide support and enablement.
- Data Management: Accurately track and manage lead data in our preferred CRM system Salesforce.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and coach junior SDRs contributing to their professional development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent cold calling and lead generation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
- A passion for sales and a desire to succeed.
