Job Responsibilities:
- Create meaningful relationships over time that motivate patients to reach their healthcare goals
- Leverage advanced technology to case manage and streamline care coordination between patients physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- Empower your patients to take greater ownership of their health and recovery
- Following the schedule you help create you will travel to your patients homes
- Paypervisit position paid onboarding stipend pay
Job Qualifications:
- Active RN (Registered Nurse) state license (PA state)
- Associates degree
- 1 yr RN experience
- BLS and CPR certifications
- AHA BLS and/or AHA ACLS certifications
