What Youll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be the driving force behind sourcing and attracting top talent to our organization. Youll work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective strategies to identify and engage potential candidates. From crafting compelling job descriptions to managing the full recruitment cycle your goal will be to ensure we bring on board the best talent to support our company s growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate compelling job descriptions.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top candidates through various channels including job boards social media and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through job offer providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment including salary and benefits.
  • Promote the company s employer brand and values to attract highquality candidates.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics such as timetofill and costperhire to measure and improve recruitment effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

    Requirements

    • Ability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours for efficient collaboration.
    • Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and strategies.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decisionmaking.
    • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple job openings and recruitment activities simultaneously.
    • Analytical skills to track measure and report on recruitment metrics.
    • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle various types of roles and levels of positions.
    • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

  • Pay: The annual salary range for this role is USD $1440 to USD $1764 based on experience and qualifications. The range provided includes both the annual base salary and target bonuses for the role.
