Join our client s team as an Accountant where youll take the lead in preparing and analyzing financial statements managing accounts and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Crunching the Numbers: What You ll Do

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
  
• Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records.
  
• Perform monthend and yearend close processes.
  
• Reconcile accounts including bank statements and ledger entries.
  
• Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits.
  
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
  
• Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks SAP)
  
• Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
  
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and organizational skills
  
• High attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  

Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
  

Tech Stack:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Time
  
• Knowledge of basic payroll taxes in the United States
  
• Bilingual in Spanish and English with a high level of English proficiency
  
• Advanced skills in Excel and all Microsoftbased products
  
• Familiarity with Asana Slack and Google Drive
  
• Experience in the construction industry and AIA Billing (strongly desired)
  
• Willingness to assist with insurance audits (training provided)
  

Preferred:

• CPA certification
  
• Experience in managing teams (for future growth)
