IT Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for identifying and resolving issues as well as implementing necessary changes to the projects and products you support.

You should be confident in taking ownership of IT support within the business and have a strong passion for problemsolving. As an integral part of our team you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining sophisticated solutions ensuring their reliability and robustness. Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Helpdesk Support Engineer.
• Familiarity with working to SLA standards.
• Experience supporting multisite clients.
• Essential experience in 1st Line Support.

• MS Exchange
• Firewalls
• Network support (preferred)
