Job Title: Registered Home Manager childrens care

Location: Buckinghamshire

Hours: FullTime (9:00 17:00 Monday to Friday with flexibility and oncall duties)

Salary: 45000 (for Experienced Deputy with no previous Ofsted registration); 50000 (for Experienced Ofsted Registered Manager)

Type: permanent

Tasks

To lead on the provision of high standards of nurturing care to children and young people aged eight to eighteen years who have experienced traumatic life experiences and who present with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Requirements

GCSE Grades C and above in English and Maths (or equivalent)

Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

Diploma 5 in Leadership and Management (achieved or willing to undertake)
