Job Description
We require the exceptional services of an Executive Sous Chef to join our Head Chef in Stellenbosch in Managing the daily activities of our kitchen including staff menu preparation etc.
Culinary Diploma
4 years Senior Chef role
MS Office basic experience
Available to work restaurant hours
Manage lead and train staff
Provide guidance to junior staff members
Oversee and manage stock
