Description
The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing the organizational effectiveness by aligning the HR functions with the strategic goals of the company. As part of our ECommerce team based in Nashik Maharashtra you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of human resource management including recruitment performance management employee relations and compliance with labor laws. You will work closely with department heads to foster a positive workplace culture and to ensure that the workforce is engaged and productive. This is a fulltime role that provides an exciting opportunity to grow within a dynamic B2B environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
- Manage the full recruitment process including job postings interviewing and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee employee performance evaluation processes and provide guidance on employee development plans.
- Address and resolve employee grievances and conduct investigations as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations maintaining proper documentation and records.
- Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and improve workplace practices.
- Coordinate with management to develop a positive workplace culture and employee engagement programs.
Requirements
- A bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in HR management or relevant field is preferred but freshers are also welcome.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
