Overview:
As a Collection Manager you play a crucial role in managing the company's outstanding debts. You will be responsible for contacting clients/customers to facilitate payment of overdue invoices negotiating payment arrangements and maintaining accurate records of all collection activities. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills as well as a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Contact customers via phone Email or in person to collect outstanding debts.
Negotiate payment plans or settlements following company policies and procedures.
Document all activities and maintain an accurate record of communication.
Follow up on delinquent accounts and implement collection strategies to maximize collection.
Handle customer inquiries & resolve issues related to outstanding debts professionally and courteously.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements regarding debt collection practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a collectionrelated field.
Strong negotiation and communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
