Job Description:

Responsibilities

Act as a key point of contact to the Business Transformation Services Business Analysis and

Functional Architecture and Solution Architecture groups throughout the implementation

Interface with business stakeholders to determine key design/process decisions and

contribute to overall delivery plan.

Deliver assigned tasks complete and on time as designated by the Programme Office to

ensure smooth progress of the implementation.

Contribute and take ownership for various project related tasks / planning activities as the

programme evolves.

Knowledge and Practical experience of Project Management methodologies – ability to

configure delivery work stream frameworks to progress timelines and delivery milestones.

Demonstrate ability in planning consulting/functional work & ownership of project outcomes.

Professional Qualifications and Skills

Any Graduation/Full time MBA from any top tier B School (preferably in

Ops/Finance/IT/Systems)

10 to 16 years of work experience

Must Have

Strong experience in IT consulting and business analysis – business process definition

requirements gathering Functional designs product solution design proficiency in writing

complex BRD FSD and user stories.

Good exposure on Endur – ETRM Product with good working knowledge of all the major

modules integrations EOD and reporting

Majority of experience should be in business consulting in either of the following domains:

oPhysical Trading/Commodities Trading

oDerivatives/Capital Markets

oSupply Chain/Logistics/Freight Transportation

oRenewables trading is an added advantage

Preferred Skillset

Detailed knowledge of trade life cycle in Commodity trading domain (Energy Agri metals

concentrates)

Broad exposure (dealtocash) and specialization in front office functions of Commodity

Trading landscape – deal capture deal pricing Hedging PnL Valuation close of business

Derivatives trade capture commodity contracts P&L Hedging Order Management

Broad exposure (dealtocash) and specialization in middle office functions of commodity

Trading landscape – Middle Office (Logistics physical delivery inventory management

procurement supply chain Storage transport invoicing)
