Qatar Airways is looking for an experienced Software/Technical Support Engineer, you will be part of the application support team, providing Level 1 and Level 2 support to business-critical applications and related hardware peripheral devices.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Setting Up Point of sale systems, digital signage and other hardware peripherals
• Enterprise level network/ wireless setups, Segregation of data VLANs, basics of switching, routing and IP sub-netting.
• Troubleshoot application problems and work with relevant stakeholders for establishing a solution or workaround
