We are working with a Tech company and as part of their continued growth NodeFlair has been engaged to search for a Senior Sales Engineer to join their Singapore team.
The Senior Sales Engineer provides presales technical support for products focusing on product demos resolving technical issues and supporting sales teams. They maintain deep product knowledge and collaborate with resellers and peers across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver custom product demonstrations.
- Address presales technical questions efficiently.
- Stay updated on products and associated technologies like content repositories workflow systems and key verticals (e.g. Financial Services Healthcare).
- Respond to technical questions in RFIs/RFPs and provide technical support to resellers.
- Create reusable assets for internal teams and partners such as training materials and presentations.
- Support smooth transitions from presales to implementation.
Required Skills:
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of J2EE XML .NET OCR ICR and automation technologies. Familiarity with Visual Basic Java networking and operating system concepts.
- Sales & Presentation Skills: Experience in solution selling methodologies ROI analysis and project management for sales opportunities.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple sales campaigns simultaneously including scheduling training and reporting.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding business challenges in sectors like manufacturing and logistics and knowledge of enterprise software deployment in cloud environments.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 710 years of presales technical support experience.
- Proven track record in leading complex enterprise sales opportunities.
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science or related fields.
- Experience in business analysis partner collaboration and publishing thought leadership.
- Ability to travel 50% and lift/carry 50 pounds.
- Preferred experience in business process management and cloud services.
