Systems Analyst

Salary: $70K 90K salary is negotiable based on experience.

Job Summary:
The Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing designing and implementing information systems to meet the organizations needs. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements identifying system improvements and ensuring that IT systems are aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills experience in system design and implementation and a passion for optimizing technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements translating them into functional specifications for IT systems.
• System Analysis: Analyze current systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• System Design: Design IT systems and applications ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable secure and efficient.
• Implementation Support: Assist in the implementation of new systems and applications including testing training and change management.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize system performance and user experience.
• System Integration: Coordinate the integration of new systems with existing IT infrastructure ensuring compatibility and seamless operation.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for system designs configurations processes and procedures.
• Troubleshooting: Provide support for system issues working with IT teams to diagnose and resolve problems quickly.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between IT teams and business stakeholders ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in systems analysis and IT solutions applying new knowledge to improve systems.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3 years of experience in systems analysis IT consulting or a related field.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of system design principles software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in database management systems (e.g. SQL Server Oracle) and enterprise software applications.
  • Experience with system integration API development and data migration.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python Java or C# is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to assess complex systems and recommend effective solutions.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in system analysis documentation and testing.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
