The Lunch Bag one of Irelands fastest growing companies is continuing to expand and looking for a School Meal Cover Operative to join the team.

With the recent advancement in free hot school meals The Lunch Bag is creating an industry thats reach will be felt for generations to come. We are setting a tradition for the future where children can avail of a healthy varied lunch every day without the constraint of cost or food waste.
About the role:
Competent person required to offer school meal heating relief for absent staff and conduct audits in schools as necessary when not providing cover in schools.
While the process for the job is the same in each school you will not know the school you will be working in until the last minute keeping you on your toes and feeling young!
You must be a fast learner great with people and flexible in your work environment.
You will represent The Lunch Bag in the school community and therefore must be of sound character good nature and shared values.
The ideal person must be able to read English and follow instructions heating each lunch with great care. You must be able to work quickly and with precision.
Activities:
- Go into a new work environment each day with enthusiasm and confidence.
- Load prepackaged school meals into ovens.
- Turn on oven and heat meals to specific temperature according to HACCP guidelines.
- Unload ovens and distribute lunches to classrooms.
- Ensure adequate stock levels.
- Follow and maintain work and cleaning schedule.
- Maintain temperature and cleaning records.
- HACCP and Manual Handling Training will be provided.

Schedule: Mon Friday 73.30pm during the academic year (midAugust to end of June)
Requirement: Own transport necessary ability to obtain Garda Vetting
Salary: 530 per week mileage will be reimbursed
