About Our Client: Our client a leading construction firm in the KSA is known for its innovative projects and commitment to quality. They are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and drive their projects to successful completion.
The Role: As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for managing construction activities from A to Z ensuring projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest standards.
What Youll Do:
- Plan and manage construction schedules and resources.
- Oversee onsite construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
- Resolve any issues or delays promptly.
What Were Looking For:
- A Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of local construction codes and regulations.
